If you want your skills to be max you can open console and klick on your self oand wright tex setmarksman 100 then your marksman skill will be 100 you can do that whit all skills. If there is a loockt door and you cant open it you can always open consol klick on door anr wright "unlock" the�n dore is open. If you find a cool human in game and he is in the city you cant kill him just to attack him becose it will be the crime has ben reported and you dont want that right? Open console klick on him and wright sethealth 0 then he is dead and no one will notice. Here is some cheats...
tgm=god mode
tfh=more help
fillmap=in the console it will be name of lots of plases
coc (city name)=you telleport to that city
coc toddtest=you come to a room whit lots of armors and weapons like daedrik and so on
